Exporting Waste Paper, Where Do We Take Part?

Step 1

Collection

The waste is collected from various sources, including, but not limited to, households, businesses, grocery chains, and industrial facilities. Kaizcore works with multiple collections facilities around the world. Suppliers interested in partnering or inquiring about waste paper movement, we encourage you to reach out to us.

Step 2

Sorting

Waste materials undergo meticulous examination and separation to eliminate contaminants and segregate them from other waste types. Trained staff or automated sorting systems evaluate the materials and classify them in accordance with ISRI’s scrap specifications and guidelines. Suppliers must uphold the quality of recycled materials, given the stringent tolerance levels for outthrows and prohibitives. Adhering to standards preserves recycling integrity and sustains the market for recycled paper products. Kaizcore partners with suppliers upholding high standards, ensuring quality and consistency in our recycled paper supply.

Step 3

Baling

The waste undergoes compaction into bales using specialized balers, reducing its volume for efficient storage, transportation, and processing. Packing units, such as bale skids, rolls, pallets, boxes, etc., are specified in the agreement between Kaizcore and the purchaser. The bales are organized by grade and loaded into containers for transportation. Kaizcore partners with suppliers who adhere to safe loading and bailing practices. This ensures the secure removal of cargo upon delivery.
